PRIVACY POLICY
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, an unworn item's return process must be initiated within 1 week of its original delivery date. Furthermore, the item must arrive in its original packaging, including its original contents. Failure to do so will result in the termination of said full refund. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, leaving said costs in the hands of the customer. All made to order items are final purchase.
The company reserves the right to reject returns in its sole discretion, including if the customer is attempting to return used items, return multiple items that were purchased with the intention of resale, or for any other exploitation of this return policy.
If you have placed an order but need to adjust your desired size, please contact us @ jmon@godbody.parts within 1 week of order placement while it is still in the fulfillment stages.
SHIPPING POLICY
Unless otherwise stated, items are sold as made to order. All shipping estimates listed in product descriptions reflect the approximate production (5-7 business days) and processing/fulfillment (7-14 business days) timeline for each item. ESTIMATES DO NOT ACCOUNT FOR TIME SPENT IN-TRANSIT AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN HANDED OFF TO CARRIER.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. You can also check the status of your order on our "track my pack" page located in the footer menu. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Items listed as pre-order will have an estimated 8-12 week production time window before reaching our possession, to which we can begin fulfillment and shipping processes. During this time frame, please be patient with us — we are a small team operating with minimal resources, trying to provide you with the best experience possible. As we move through this process, we will provide you with as many updates as possible until your item is shipped out.
By purchasing an item listed as pre-order, you agree to the terms and conditions of this policy. Attempts at obtaining a refund for any unforeseen production time delays will be nullified. If a made to order item is purchased within the same session as a pre-order item, made to order items will be shipped first.
RETURN TO SENDER POLICY
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will be contacted. We will ship your package again, however we kindly ask that you pay the difference. Please insure that the address provided upon ordering with us is up to date with your current arrangements.
